Just had the best week at the Hilton Double Tree ! We come every year in October and this was a getaway for my husbands birthday . We could have not asked for better weather to be on the beach in October . The room was very comfortable and quiet , loved being oceanfront with the great view of the sun rise which was gorgeous and listening to waves at night . The staff, especially Mr. Pat always has a great rapport with guests and is very knowledgeable about Ocean City and the great places to eat ! Housekeeping was always there or the front desk if u needed something and they did a great job cleaning room ! The only downfall was the person next door with his disgusting smoke from weed coming. Into our room from balcony . We paid for an ocean front room to leave balcony door open to hear waves not to smell smoke etc ! We will be back

Fantastic hospitality! I had the pleasure of staying here with 5 friends last weekend. My friends and I originally had an Airbnb booked that evening but upon arrival we found out it was not cleaned and we were unable to stay there that evening. My friends and I arrived to the hotel around 7pm explaining our situation. The Staff specifically Chris and Pat were extremely helpful and friendly. Chris assisted us with two rooms and Pat was so informative about things to do in the area. The manager actually came over and even helped us further. We were so grateful for their efforts. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and overall establishment. If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would.

I have to start my review by mentioning the manager of this property. I am sorry I have now forgotten her name, but she saved our vacation. I made my reservation on the phone with Hilton. So that was it I thought I was good. A day or two before we were supposed to depart, I picked up a voicemail from the hotel manager. When I called her back, she informed me that the reservation was for only one night, and not the two nights that I had made. It turns out that the phone reservation person had mistakenly booked or two-night stay at two different Hilton properties. Had I not received this call from the manager, we would have been staying here one night checking out early in the morning and then having to wait until late afternoon to check into the second hotel.
It took multiple calls between her and I and Hilton and we finally got it straightened out. She would certainly under no obligation to call me she just saw reservation for her hotel for one night. But she saw I had requested an upgrade for two nights and that's what caused her to call me upon seeing she only had one night in her system. In any case I know this is a long story but I wanted to illustrate that she went above and beyond by placing that call to me and saving our vacation.
As far as the hotel goes in the room, it was stellar. Beautiful direct oceanfront room on the 6th floor with a fantastic view, an unlike most hotel restaurants, the restaurant in this hotel is outstanding.
