I should have believed the reviews. I was only .4 miles away and they took one hour to deliver. I only ordered 2 medium pies.
When I called the store to ask for status of the driver they said idk. I asked how long ago did the driver leave. They said idk he will be there soon. How don’t you know when the driver took the pizza? Completely unprofessional. Not even a “sorry the delay.” Delivery driver was nice.
Cherry on top was the pizza finally arriving and being undercooked, cold and not cut. If you are going to be late, atleast make sure the order is edible.

Pizzas were deformed and uncut. Sauce packs were all open and spilling. Still tasted good but disappointing and visually unappetizing.

I love Papa John’s, but the service was awful this time. Ordering wasn’t a pleasant and comfortable experience at all. One employee a guy with a big belly and a mustache was especially rude when I simply asked for a bag for my chicken wings to go order. They had given me a bag before with my sandwich order without any issue, so I don’t understand why it was a problem this time. It was really disappointing. And now I decided never go in person to papa john’s lol
