Piezano's Pizza is an Italian restaurant located in Ocean City, Maryland since 1962. We have two locations on the boardwalk, one in Dorchester Street and the other is on 7th. street.

Upon arriving we were surprised why such a well located place was empty compared to other places nearby. We got seated and server didnt acknowledge me until my SO got back to the table. Servers seem like they are more interested in chit chatting. Their service is really, subpar.
Our server looked high, and thats not a problem with us as long as you can perform what you are supposed to. Cheese pizza is a joke... it was crispy and just out of the oven... but that's it. The sauce is extremely bland... they dont spread sauce on the dough rather just splatter on it and whatever doesn't have sauce is just topped off with cheese. So you get a bite with dough and sauce or dough and cheese but not with both.
Only plus I saw was that they serve coke products for their fountain drinks, BUT... there are no free refills, instead you have to pay half the price of a soda, again. Wouldn't be a problem but they fill up your cup with only ice and the only soda you get us whatever fits in the cracks.
We wanted a refill but server got lost for a bit and we didnt even finish a slice of pizza, we just decided to leave pizza behind.
I dont mind paying a good dime on great service and food, but if I got lame service, and tasteless food, then there's no wonder why this place is so empty.

Service was on point, table was clean and atmosphere was pleasant. We got the meat lovers pizza and it is huge, that's where the good news stops. The pizza is mediocre at best, toppings are low quality and not generous, to the point my wife commented she's had cheap frozen pizza that tasted better. I had to agree, we took the leftovers but honestly I'm not sure we will eat them, and I love cold pizza.

Nice restaurant located on the Boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. The food was very good with large portions. The service was good and our waitress was nice. The interior of the restaurant is nice with an Italian atmosphere. They have murals painted on the walls. The prices are decent as well for the amount of food you get. Its location is good since it's right on the Boardwalk, so easy access to the beach and shops. Great place for a bite to eat while in Ocean City.
