Had an uncomfortable customer service interaction here. Came in to buy jewelry, was not greeted at all when I walked in or browsed, and the younger russian gentlemen who was a staff at the shop pretty much hovered over me step for step as I looked over the items but did not say a word which gave off very hostile energy like I am not welcome. I asked the owner if he could help me after he was finished with another woman and the first time he ignored me and the second time he said yes and eventually the russian man wanted to help me although I really just wanted help from the owner since he seemed more friendly and warm but in the end neither of them were that way towards me. I did end up buying an amythest necklace, earrings, and chain, and was annoyed to find out they display these gems on chains but dont sell it that way when everything is upwards of 60$. I would also tend to agree with a previous review that for silver, it should not have gold prices. I understand that OC beach owners are eager to give jobs to russian and eastern european youth so that they dont have to pay american college youth proper wages, but if you’re going to do that can you at least explain to them its considered hostile to follow a person of color around the store without making any conversation, and not to give an attitude if a costumer is asking a question. Because they are so awkward its hard to ask for advice or get consultation on what items may look good on me, meaning of gemstones, etc. The prices are only listed on their cheaper items so it forces you to ask what every single item besides those one costs. No thank you from the owner as I was walking out after spending a lot there. If you are open for 20+ years try harder to make people who dont look like you feel welcome or else those sales may fizzle out over time. No one that was staffing there actually looked as though they had experience or passion for selling fine jewelry, both younger staff wearing dark colored hoodies doesnt give off “I want my establishment to be taken seriously vibes”.

I want to start by saying we ran into a small issue and the Owner was marvelous & helpful, she went above and beyond to make us leave with a smile. This particular store I have frequented as long as I can remember. You will find the most beautiful custom, hand made pieces, everything down to toe rings (great variety of them as well). They have AMAZING SALES & everyone who works there is very easy to talk to & most of all NO pressure!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP HERE local or visiting!! DO IT!!

Steve was great! He guessed our ring sizes correctly, made recommendations, and still gave us our space to shop without hovering! 5 stars!!
